Introduction from the Editor:
When I was asked to compile this collection of features from our back issues, I ws sure it would be an easy task. However, despite having been a reader since the first issue and then working on the title for some 19 years, it was harder than I had anticipated. I didn’t select too many custom scooters as that was covered with the Art of Scooters publication. Likewise I couldn’t cover the entire spectrum of the music scene that existed, namely because neither did our back issues.
However, I do hope that you’ll enjoy the pages that have made it to final print, whether you are revisiting or seeing them for the first time.
